STRATEGIC ADVISORY

In 2001, after identifying a critical market problem, our founder Brian Camelio launched ArtistShare, widely recognized for creating the first crowdfunding platform and pioneering artist-owned direct-to-fan models. Built around community-supported funding, direct audience engagement and a new approach to reducing market risk before release, ArtistShare introduced models that anticipated many of the networked and community-driven dynamics now central to digital platforms and audience-driven businesses.
More than two decades later, these models remain commercially viable and continue to inform our work in platform strategy and business model innovation.
